At the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show, Oledcomm announced LiFiMAX, a low-profile ceiling lamp. LiFiMax is an optical wireless communication system that offers an internet connection over light waves to up to 16 users simultaneously at a peak speed of 100Mbps.

Oledcomm is a French company that was founded in 2011 and is currently one of the world leaders in LiFi technology.

The LiFiMAX pack will cost $900. This includes a transmitter and a dongle. It’s now available on pre-order. LiFiMAX deliveries will start shipping before September of 2019.
